How We Work
- Originate: identify the country, coverage gap, use case, anchor customer and local partner.
- Validate: review licences, spectrum, satellite resources, users and payers, sites, power and the initial budget.
- Structure: align the technical architecture, equipment, delivery plan, commercial model, investment and governance.
- Build and deliver: coordinate supply chain, integration, engineering, acceptance testing, training and handover.
- Operate and scale: support operations, user growth, service revenue, capacity optimization and expansion.
